| Response | 1. A scrutiny has been conducted by Reserve Bank of India - RBI / ReBIT. Regarding the details - the requested information is confidential in nature, dissemination of which shall be detrimental to security, strategic and economic interests of the State. Hence an exemption is sought under section 8 (1)(a) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 2. RBI has not imposed any sanction / fine against the card network operators in this regard. |
